6. Paid Services, Subscriptions & Proposals
If you enter into a service agreement, proposal, or subscription with HumX outside of the website, the terms of that agreement will govern the scope of services, pricing, and timelines. In case of any inconsistency, your signed agreement takes precedence over these Terms. You are also responsible for ensuring systems are in place that allow HumX to begin service delivery; charges may apply once services are ready to commence.
7. Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy
Recurring subscription payments are non-refundable. While you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting our support team, no refunds will be issued for any partial or unused subscription periods.
Upon cancellation, your access to services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which no further charges will apply.
We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid incurring further charges.
It is the customer’s responsibility to complete all required forms and provide all requested information within 72 hours of placing an order. Failure to do so may result in the order not being completed on time. HumX shall not be held liable for any delays or inability to complete the order caused by the customer’s failure to provide the necessary information. Refunds will not be issued in such circumstances, except where failure to complete the order is directly due to an omission or fault on the part of HumX.
8. Data Privacy
We collect only the personal information necessary to serve your inquiries and accounts. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. HumX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Corrections
